Our aim
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. These are the international guidelines for accessible websites, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
What we checked
Our last accessibility check was on 27th October 2026.
Pages checked: the home page, About, Contact, Get started, Explore and its pages for roles, functions, tasks, skills, tools, practice and resources, Paths, the privacy notice, Cookies and storage, Terms of use, this statement, the three error pages, and the Paths SQL for Analysis, Data Literacy for Business Decisions and Excel for Analysis and Decision Models.
How we checked them:
- An automated accessibility test (axe-core) for WCAG 2.2 level A and AA, on a phone-sized screen (390 pixels wide) and a desktop screen (1440 pixels wide). It found no problems.
- Layout: every page at 390, 820 and 1440 pixels wide. You never have to scroll sideways, except inside wide tables, which scroll on their own.
- Target size: buttons and links are at least 24 by 24 pixels, except links inside sentences.
- Headings: one main heading per page, and the main heading is the same size on every page.
What we fixed as a result:
- The "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page is now big enough to tap.
- On phones and tablets, the example screens on the home page no longer cut off part of a chart.
What we have not checked yet
- We have not tested Insyt with a screen reader, such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver or TalkBack.
- We have not done a full keyboard-only walk-through of every page since the launch changes.
- We have not checked zoom at 200% and 400% since the launch changes.
- We have not tested with speech recognition, switch devices or screen magnifiers.
- We checked in one browser engine (Chromium, the engine behind Chrome and Edge). We have not checked Safari or Firefox for accessibility.
- Insyt has had no independent accessibility audit.
What we know is not right yet
- The SQL practice in the Paths needs JavaScript and a recent browser.
Ways to adjust Insyt
- Insyt follows your browser's zoom and text size settings.
- If your device is set to reduce motion, Insyt follows that setting.

This statement is based on our accessibility check of 27th October 2026. We run the checks again each time Insyt changes in a way that could affect accessibility, and we update this statement and its date.
