01Who runs Insyt
Insyt is a personal project run by Mia Appleby in Malmö, Sweden. It is non-commercial and not a company.
In these terms "we" and "us" mean Mia Appleby. "You" means the person using Insyt.

02Who can use Insyt
Anyone can use Insyt. It is written for people aged 16 and over.
You do not need an account. Accounts open soon. We will update these terms before they do.
03What Insyt offers
Insyt helps you learn data, analytics and AI skills by doing. Paths, practice and examples use fictional companies and their fictional data. Any likeness to a real organisation is a coincidence.
Practice tools run inside your own browser. They may not work on every device or browser.
Career moves shown in Insyt are examples. They are never a requirement or a promise.
04What Insyt is not
Insyt gives no qualifications or certificates. It does not recommend you to employers.
Feedback in Insyt is practice feedback. Please do not present it as more than that.
Insyt teaches general skills. It does not give advice about your own workplace.
05Your work
What you type in Get started and in the Paths stays in your browser. It is not sent to Insyt, and we cannot see it.
If you email us, we use your message only to reply.
06Fair use
Do not try to break, overload or get around Insyt. Do not use Insyt to harm anyone.
To report anything on Insyt that you think is illegal, email hello@insyt.se. Say where it is and why you think it is illegal. Decisions to remove content are made by Mia, not by an automated system.
07Price
Insyt is free. It shows no adverts and does not sell your information.
If we ever want to charge for anything, we will tell you well in advance. Nothing will ever be charged without your clear agreement.
08Changes to Insyt
We may change parts of Insyt to fix faults, keep it secure, follow the law or improve the learning. A change never costs you anything.
If Insyt ever closes, we will say so on this site at least 30 days before.
09Stopping
You can stop using Insyt at any time. There is no fixed period and nothing to pay.
To remove what Insyt keeps in your browser, choose Start again at the end of Get started, or clear this site's data in your browser.
10If something goes wrong
We take care with Insyt. Like any website it may sometimes be unavailable or contain mistakes.
If something is wrong, tell us at hello@insyt.se and we will try to put it right.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes rights you have by law.
11Changes to these terms
We change these terms only for a good reason, such as a change in the law or in how Insyt works. The date at the top of this page shows the latest change. We will update these terms before accounts open.

Please contact us first at hello@insyt.se, in English or Swedish. We will try to put things right.
13Law
Swedish law applies to these terms.
If you live in another country, you also keep the protection of that country's consumer law that cannot be set aside by an agreement.
