About the role
Runs the project management office for a portfolio: delivery methods and standards, stage gates, portfolio reporting and resource planning across projects. Manages the PMO team, usually PMO analysts and coordinators, and supports the project managers who deliver. Data judgement sits in deciding how delivery data is reported and challenging progress that does not match the evidence.
